Humanarium Summer Internship
Help grow a club for humans — its community and its voice — across July and August.
Humanarium is a young New York initiative protecting human connection in the age of AI. We host salons and screenings, publish a Journal, and gather field notes from the science of being together. Across July and August, we're inviting a founding intern to help build it with us — close to the work, and close to the people making it.
What you'd work on
- Social media — shape and grow our voice across platforms: plan posts, write captions, and keep the feed human, not noisy.
- Community building — welcome new people, tend our members, and help our gatherings feel like somewhere you belong.
- Content into posts — turn our events and Journal pieces into small stories that travel.
- Light event help — lend a hand before and during our salons and screenings.
Who you are
- Curious about AI and what it's doing to the way we connect.
- A clear, careful writer and communicator.
- Organized and self-directed — comfortable owning a task end to end.
- Warm with people; you make a room feel better.
- Bonus: New York–based, and fluent in social media, community, and storytelling.
The terms
- Part-time, roughly 10–15 hours a week.
- July–August 2026, with flexible hours.
- New York–based, hybrid — some in person, some remote.
- A founding internship with a small stipend, plus mentorship, a strong reference, and course credit where possible.
